81 year-old Female Patient presented on 9/11/12 with severe swelling of both lower extremities. There was a history of fibula break on the right lower leg. Patient presented with Cellulitis in the Left leg. Her pain threshold was an 8 on a scale from 0-10 and she could not walk upstairs, a walker was utilized for ambulation.

Patient was instructed to return after the infection was cleared. She returned on 10/3/12 and was fit with her garment (OptiFlow® RM). The patient was instructed to wear the OptiFlow® RM for a minimum of 4 hours per day, alternating between limbs.

Measurements at start of treatment with OptiFlow® RM:
Right Ankle 23cm
Right Calf 40cm
Left Ankle 20cm
Left Calf 35cm

Patient returned on 10/17/12 for a follow-up and the results are as follows: Patient reports pain free (0 on a scale from 1-10) and was able to walk and go upstairs unaided. Her leg ulcer was completely healed.
